Martin County Community Health Improvement Plan
Working in partnership with the Health Council of Southeast Florida and many community partners, the Florida Department of Health in Martin County announces the completion of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a five year plan which identifies goals, resources and strategies for improving the health needs of residents.
Three priority areas have been identified:
- Access to Health and Human Services
- Mental Health and Substance Abuse
- Economic and Social Mobility
