The Florida Department of Health in Martin County (DOH-Martin) uses community data and information to deliver services and programs that improve the health of our community.
Working in partnership with the Health Council of Southeast Florida and many community partners, DOH-Martin has completed the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a five-year plan which identifies goals, resources, and strategies for improving the health needs of residents.

Florida CHARTS
Florida’s Community Health Assessment Resource Tool (CHARTS) is a one-stop website for public health statistics and community health data in Florida. It provides access to a wide range of information, including health statistics like births, deaths, disease rates, population data, and behavioral risk factors.
