The Medication Assistance Program is available for income eligible, Martin County residents. The Medication Distribution Program provides insulin and epilepsy medication at no cost to persons who qualify.
Applicants to the program must be income eligible Florida residents. A current prescription is required, issued by a licensed health practitioner within 6 months of application to the program. Applications must be completed in person with a valid ID at DOH-Martin’s Stuart location with a current prescription.
