Available for Income Eligible, Martin County Residents
The Insulin Distribution Program provides insulin at no cost to persons who qualify. The program provides Regular (R), NPH (N) and 70/30 insulin. Supplies including test strips, blood sugar monitors and syringes are not provided.
Applicants to the Insulin Distribution Program must be income eligible Florida residents. A current prescription is required, issued by a licensed health practitioner within 6 months of application to the program.
Completed applications must be filed in person with a valid ID at the Florida Department of Health, Martin County, 3441 SE Willoughby Blvd. in Stuart and include a current prescription.
