The Florida Department of Health in Martin County is cancelling the COVID-19 testing event, scheduled for tomorrow, at the Cassidy Center in the Golden Gate area due to weather concerns.

Keeping the safety of staff and residents a top priority, the event was cancelled following reports from the National Weather Service predicting showers, thunderstorms and gusty winds for our area.

Weather permitting, the testing events will resume on Saturday, May 16, with an outreach planned at the 10^th Street Community Center in East Stuart beginning at 10:00 am. The testing schedule for Martin County is available here: (see full press release)
