Free COVID-19 Testing Offered in Martin County

By Renay Rouse

May 11, 2020

The Florida Department of Health is pleased to announce a series of free COVID-19 testing events for Martin County residents.

Residents can drive-thru or walk-up to any of the 12 planned testing outreach events from May 12 through May 23. No appointment is needed, and testing is offered regardless of symptoms.

The testing initiative was made possible through the collaboration of many community partners, including the Florida Department of Health in Martin County, Banner Lake Club, City of Stuart, Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, Martin County Board of County Commissioners, Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Salvation Army, St Joseph Catholic Church and the Village of Indiantown.

All residents are urged to continue practicing prevention to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, including good handwashing, cleaning high touch surfaces frequently and wearing a face covering when social distancing is difficult to maintain. For more information: FloridaHealthCOVID19.gov
