Public Health Services now available at Golden Gate

The Florida Department of Health is pleased to offer Public Health services at the Golden Gate Center for Enrichment in Stuart.

“We are delighted that we can support the community and the goals of the Golden Gate Center by offering much needed Public Health services there, including wellness and prevention education.” said Karlette Peck, Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Martin County. “The center is well positioned to serve residents right where they live and work, which will improve health outcomes and increase community engagement.”

A schedule of available services, including school age Immunizations, Family Planning, HIV/STD testing and a healthy lifestyles program called “Families in the Community Kitchen” is available at www.MartinCountyHealth.com

The Golden Gate Center for Enrichment is located at 3225 SE Dixie Highway in Stuart and is managed by the House of Hope, a nonprofit agency that provides food, clothing furniture, financial assistance and case management services for Martin County residents.
