Residents can obtain notary services along with birth and death certificates

Martin County, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Martin County (DOH-Martin) is expanding its services to better serve the community with the Stuart Health Center now offering notary services.
Residents can visit DOH-Martin Vital Statistics offices at the following location to obtain notary services along with birth and death certificates:
- Stuart Health Clinic: 3441 SE Willoughby Blvd., Stuart, FL 34994
To have a document notarized, bring the complete, unsigned original document and a valid government-issued photo ID. The notary fee is $10 per stamp.
