The Florida Department of Health in Martin County (DOH-Martin) utilizes community data and information to deliver services and programs that improve the health of our community.
Working in partnership with the Health Council of Southeast Florida and many community partners, DOH-Martin announces the completion of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a five year plan which identifies goals, resources, and strategies for improving the health needs of residents.
Three priority areas have been identified:
- Access to Health and Human Services
- Mental Health and Substance Abuse
- Economic and Social Mobility
