Vaccination Operations Coming to a Close at the Treasure Coast Square Mall

As more vaccine is now available in the community and across the Treasure Coast, the Florida Department of Health in Martin County (DOH-Martin) and Martin County Emergency Management are preparing to close the COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Treasure Coast Square Mall.

The last day for first doses of the Moderna vaccine will be Tuesday, May 4. The last day for second doses of the Moderna vaccine will be Saturday, June 5.

DOH-Martin will continue to provide COVID-19 vaccine via community outreach events. Starting in June, the vaccine will also be available by appointment at the health department clinics in Stuart and Indiantown.

Extended Hours & Walk-in Service:
Thursday, April 29 and Tuesday, May 4

  • On Thursday, April 29 and Tuesday, May 4, DOH-Martin will offer extended appointment hours and walk-in vaccination service at the clinic located at the north end of the mall between Ruby Tuesday and Forever 21.
  • Appointment hours will be 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and walk-in hours will be 10-11 a.m. and 2 to 6:30 p.m.

DOH-Martin will continue to provide second doses of the Moderna vaccine on Fridays and Saturdays at the mall location through Thursday, June 5. To ensure efficiency during this process, please arrive at your scheduled appointment with your ID, a separate completed COVID-19 vaccination consent form and the immunization card received at your initial appointment.
